Plagiarism
Determining acceptable levels of plagiarism/duplication: see COPE advice on https://publicationethics.org/cope-positions#plagiarism
WOC templates are available on: https://www.epj-conferences.org/for-authors. As you can see, there are three different formats (Latex/Word one column/Word two columns). For consistency into the volume, the same template should be used for all articles. Please ensure that your authors know which template must be used. For this purpose, feel free to provide authors with the corresponding link. You may equally use your own template, for instance if you have a specific one designed for the conference.
We will be unable to answer your authors' queries. You should make it clear to authors that any questions regarding their article (status, certificate, editorial question, indexing, etc.) must be sent to the Editors of the proceedings rather than to the Publisher.
